Be among our first families
Little Roots Pediatric Dentistry is opening in January 2027, and we can’t wait to welcome you! Join our opening list to be among the first to hear our official opening date, office hours, and when appointments become available.

Opening list
Join our opening list
Everyone on our list will be among the first to hear from us! Before we open, we’ll share our confirmed opening date, office hours, accepted insurance plans, and everything you need to know about scheduling your child’s first visit.
Tell us the best way to reach you. Once scheduling opens, a member of our team will personally connect with you to learn a little more about your child and help find a visit that works for your family.
Joining the list does not book an appointment or create any obligation — it makes sure you’re one of the first to know when appointments become available. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
Please keep it non-medical. We only need contact details. Do not send symptoms, medical or dental history, or anything about your child's health. We will collect all of that securely once we connect.
What to bring to your child’s first visit
A little preparation can help make your child’s first visit as comfortable and easy as possible. If applicable, please bring:
- Your dental insurance information
- A current list of your child’s medications, including any taken as needed
- Any relevant medical history, diagnoses, or information from your child’s specialists
- Previous dental records or X-rays, if your child has visited another dentist
- A favorite comfort item, such as a stuffed animal, blanket, or small toy, if it helps your child feel at ease
- Any questions you have for us — feel free to write them down ahead of time so we can make sure we cover what matters most to you

Questions parents ask
Can I book an appointment now?
Not yet. Little Roots Pediatric Dentistry opens in January 2027, and we will begin scheduling appointments before then. Joining the opening list is how you make sure you hear from us first.
Do I need a referral?
No. Families can contact us directly. We also welcome referrals from pediatricians, family physicians, general dentists, orthodontists, and the therapists who work with children.
What ages do you accept?
Infants, children, adolescents, and teens, including patients with special healthcare needs. National guidance recommends a first visit by a child's first birthday or within six months of the first tooth appearing.
Which insurance plans will you accept?
We are still finalizing which plans we will be in network with! We will confirm insurance and payment details before we open, and everyone on the opening list will hear from us.
What will your office hours be?
Not yet confirmed for publication. We will announce hours closer to opening.
Can siblings be seen at the same time?
That is how we intend to schedule wherever possible. It is easier for families, and it means fewer trips, which is better for everyone, including the planet.
Where will you be located?
At 3810 32nd Ave, Suite 500 in Hudsonville, Michigan 49426, in southern Hudsonville just off I-96.
